Ms. Tan Then Hwee, Singaporean, born in December 1972, graduated from Wichita State University in the United States of America with a Master of Business Administration and a ??Bachelor of Business Administration. She has accumulated over 20 years of experience in human resources management within the Asia-Pacific region, with experience in leadership development, talent and succession management, employee engagement and remuneration management. From November 2000 to June 2006, she worked at Philips (a company listed on ??the Euronext Amsterdam, stock code: PHIA) in Hong Kong, with her last position being the human resources senior manager. From June 2006 to February 2007, she was a human resources senior manager at TPO Displays Hong Kong Limited, a company spun-off from Philips in 2016. Between April 2007 and March 2019, she served as the human resources vice president of the Asia-Pacific region of Sika Group in Singapore. She joined Holcim in March 2019 and is currently the Group Head of Learning and Development. Since January 2023, Ms. Tan has ????assumed the role of the Head of HR for Holcim Asia Pacific.
